1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry via our VIP Berth Concierge, or utilizing our maritime guides, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of this portal.

2. Nature of Maritime Advisory Services

Rankberry Marine Luxe Ltd. acts as an independent maritime concierge and information publisher. While we facilitate berth applications with port authorities (including SEPM in Monaco) and charter bookings under Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA) standards, all formal mooring licenses remain subject to final regulatory approval by the competent Monegasque Port Authority.

3. Accuracy of Nautical Specifications & Data

Our published data regarding marina draft limits, LOA allowances, shore-power amperages, and fuel prices are verified regularly with official hydrographic bulletins and marina directors. However, maritime conditions are subject to rapid environmental variation. Master Captains retain sole legal command and responsibility for navigation, soundings, and safe vessel maneuvering under SOLAS (International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea) standards.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All editorial content, architectural graphics, custom vessel profiles, photographs, logos, and UI design elements featured on rankberryrankltt.cfd are the exclusive intellectual property of Rankberry Marine Luxe Ltd. Unauthorized scraping, commercial re-distribution, or mirroring without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Monegasque law, Rankberry Marine Luxe Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from navigational delays, port authority berth reallocations due to force majeure weather conditions, or technical network interruptions.

6. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Principality of Monaco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Monaco (Tribunaux de Monaco).
